Shipping & Returns

Delivery: Subject to product availability, please allow five to seven business days for standard delivery. Allow 2 to 3 days for priority delivery. Embroidered apparel items are made to order and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AS "DUTIES AND TAXES TO BE PAID BY RECIPIENT."  FOR EU RECIPIENTS, THIS INCLUDES THE VAT TAXES BEING IMPLEMENTED ON JULY 1, 2021.

You acknowledge and understand that delays and/or fees by the local country's customs office are out of the control of Neary Martin, Inc. and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Should your order be refused or abandoned, the return charges will be paid by Neary Martin and then billed to you.  Should you refuse to pay any services, Neary Martin will pay and we will bill you accordingly.
 
Return Policy: As with any program of this type, the manufacturer does not allow logo merchandise to be returned unless it is damaged, not as advertised or has some other inherent flaw.  Each order is customized to the specific size, color and style that the purchaser orders.  Please contact us if you received damaged product that needs to be replaced.
